Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a response from our customer support team. Due to the speed at which we process orders (as quickly as possible) we will attempt, but cannot guarantee, that we will be able to cancel an order you placed. Orders which have already been processed in our warehouse cannot be changed or cancelled. Please read our return policy for return terms and instructions to send an order back for a refund, if desired.

Secrets Of The Tribe offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items (subject to terms and conditions) sold through this website, even it was opened. It is OK, to change your mind.
RETURNS: We will not accept returns on the following items: Osha, Lomatium, Quinine, Cinchona, Forsythia, Elderberry, Andrographis, Bupleurum, Lung Fortitude, Urgent Immune Boost, respiratory supplements and all other immune products.
Creating a return
Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from when it was delivered.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the packaging.
- Products must be returned with a valid RMA number (see below).
At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular, if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We'll always replace any products that are defective or damaged within 30 days, If you need to have item swapped out, please send us a message at email@example.com.
In order to return a product to Secrets Of The Tribe, you need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can get one by calling us at (800) 219-9120, or by contacting us by clicking here.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
